A small, static overtime pay calculator for hourly work in the United States. No login. No payroll file. No backend.

What we publish

OTPayUS is an overtime calculator first: hourly rate, regular hours, overtime hours, optional double-time, an optional California daily split, overtime premium, total gross, and an optional flat-percent take-home guess. Around that tool we keep short explainers — FLSA basics, exempt versus nonexempt, California daily OT, a FAQ, and source links.

What we are not

Not a law firm, CPA, or payroll processor.
Not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Labor or any state labor agency.
Not a job-classification engine and not a tax return.
Not a place that stores your wage or hours.

How the site is paid for

The layout is AdSense-ready. Reserved ad units may appear above or below articles. Ads are labeled. They do not change the math. See Privacy for cookies once a publisher ID is live.

Corrections

Wage rules move. If a citation is stale, email hello@otpayus.com with the page and the official source. We would rather point at DOL and DIR than invent a third rulebook.
